1) Your HEALTH ID is your user-id and the BILL NUMBER is your password. Please refer your bill for this information.
2) Not all reports will be available online. Reports pertaining to pre/post-employment/pre-policy health checks, Drug-panel tests etc shall not be available online. Reports having pictures or graphs like Double Marker, Triple Marker, X-Ray, Stress Test, Sonography, ECG etc shall not be available online. Such reports are required to be collected from the concerned branch.
3) Test Reports shall be available online only after all the reports are ready and approved.
4)Individual laboratory investigations are never conclusive but should be correlated with other relevant clinical examination reports by a qualified Medical Practitioner.
5) Reports will be available on the portal for upto 15 days after publishing.
